Elxis (Attraction)

White Dry Wine
Protected Geographical Indication, Sterea Ellada
Sauvignon Blanc 70% – Robola 30%
Vineyard: Martino

Vinification: Sauvignon Blanc is harvested the third week of August and Robola the first week of September. Hand harvesting is followed by desteming, skin contact for 12 hours at 12°C and light pressure to separate the free run juice. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14 - 15°C. Maturation in the tank, on light lees, for three months. Bottling.

Winemaker’s notes:
Bright color. Aromas of white peach and wild flowers. Generous mouth with refreshing and balanced finish.

Serving suggestions:
Best served at 8 – 10˚C, it is an ideal accompaniment to fish, shellfish, poultry and Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
