Rosé Dry Wine

Cabernet Sauvignon 100%
Vineyard: Martino

Vinification: Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested the second week of September. Hand harvesting is followed by desteming, skin contact for 12 hours at 12°C and separation of the juice without pressure (“bleeding”). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 – 17°C. Maturation in the tank, on light lees, for five months. Bottling.

Winemaker’s notes:
Bright rose – petal color. Aromas of cherries and red fruits. Plethoric and pleasant mouth. Ticklish finish.

Serving suggestions:
Best served at 9 – 11˚C, it is an ideal accompaniment to
Fish, pasta and “rosé” Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
